Refund policy
Due to the nature of holsters and firearm-related accessories, all holster sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

Fitment preference

Comfort or carry style preference

Ordering the incorrect model, hand orientation, or configuration

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Defective or Workmanship Issues
The only exception to this policy is in the event of a verified defect in materials or workmanship.
If you believe your holster has a legitimate defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will repair or replace the holster at our discretion. Refunds will only be issued if a repair or replacement is not possible.
What Is NOT Considered a Defect
The following are not considered defects:

Normal wear or cosmetic variation

Retention adjustments
-
Minor marks from test fitting or dry practice
Unauthorized Returns
Any returns sent without prior approval will be refused and returned to the sender.
Holster Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our Kydex holsters and proudly offer a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the holster, under normal and intended use.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Material failures
-
Hardware issues resulting from improper assembly or workmanship
If a covered issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the holster, or
-
Replace the holster with the same or comparable model
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

Normal wear and tear
-
Cosmetic wear or finish changes
-
Improper use, misuse, or abuse

Modifications, alterations, or user adjustments
-
Damage caused by heat exposure, solvents, chemicals, or improper storage
-
Damage caused by incorrect firearm fitment or forcing a firearm into the holster

Accidental damage or neglect
Determination of whether an issue falls under normal wear and tear or constitutes a workmanship defect will be made at our sole discretion.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact us with:

Clear photos showing the problem
Claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the issue is discovered. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
