Order Processing

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been tendered to the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer may result in delivery delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly at checkout.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must:

  • Take photos of the package and contents immediately

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may result in denial of a claim.

Refused or Returned Shipments

Packages refused or returned due to incorrect address, failure to receive delivery, or carrier-related issues are not eligible for refunds.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, or import restrictions associated with international shipments. We are not responsible for delays or seizures caused by customs agencies.
